Option to remove clamav on script completion

Bivalve leaves clamav present on servers that it is executed on. The cPanel version of clamd also updates the Exim configuration to scan emails, which can be undesirable depending on the server. In addition to this, in cases where the server that we run this on has a lower amount of RAM/CPU power clamd is known to cause issues (such as constant swapping, oom events, overload, etc).

Due to this, I think we should consider either defaulting or adding an option to remove the cPanel clamav rpms on scan completion.
