Simple script to check for any failure counts in user_beancounters.

/tmp is filling up on shared servers after the MariaDB upgrades. This script mounts /var/mysqltmp as a tmpfs mount and updates the my.cnf to allow MySQL to begin utilizing this directory.

For when you absolutely, positively, need to change a value in every php.ini on the server.
