This serves as main area for managed blocklists for servers in our network of which is maintained to ensure known bad or maliciously reported IPs and subnets are blocked. It is highly recommended to ensure IPSET or equivalent solution is present on a server prior to adding this list as it is many tens' thousands of entries long typically.
