Update generate_variables.sh

Melissa Lyons requested to merge melissa.l/mysqlup:melissa.l-master-patch-50826 into master

Updated some of the verbiage in "read" statements withing "function setTransferVariables()" , and added green and blue coloring to "source" and "destination" inputs to match the prompt screen we use in our procedure. This is to reduce confusion when entering variables.
